EPOXIES

An epoxy coating is known for its strength and durability. It not only looks great, but protects surfaces from corrosion, abrasion, impact, and chemicals, as well as provides additional strength to the material. Epoxies are great coatings for concrete industrial floors, metal surfaces, pipelines, and more.

BELZONA

Belzona is a global leader in industrial protective coatings. Their epoxy coatings are designed and manufactured specifically to help protect industrial locations and equipment from abrasion, erosion, corrosion, and chemicals. These coatings are great for a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, steel, agriculture, power, and much more.

URETHANES

Urethane coatings offer abrasion and impact resistance, much like epoxy, but they retain flexibility, making them a great choice for materials that experience expansion or contractions due to temperature fluctuations. When used on metal surfaces, urethane offers a thin, high-gloss finish that is also extremely durable against chemical exposure, making it perfect for industrial areas.

POLYUREA

Polyurea coatings protect various surfaces from abrasion and corrosion, as well as resist scratches, chemicals, and oils within commercial or industrial settings. It is also great in a variety of weather and environmental conditions and offers high heat resistance. This coating can be applied to wood, concrete, steel, and more.

WATER-BASED

Water-based coatings simply mean the liquefying agent within the coating is water, allowing it to have less odor. These are great for confined or areas with poor ventilation, such as fuel storage tanks. Because they offer lower VOCs, they will also ensure environmental compliance.

RAPTOR® LINER

RAPTOR® is a durable urethane coating that can be sprayed or rolled onto a variety of surfaces. It is U.V. resistant, water resistant to protect against rust, scratch and stain resistant, and easy to clean. This coating can be applied to industrial surfaces, as a liner for truck beds, and much more.

AIRLESS

Airless spraying allows us to spray coats evenly and faster, completing jobs quicker while still providing a quality finish. This application method can also be used for a variety of coatings, both in interior and exterior environments.

HVLP

High-volume, low-pressure (HVLP) sprayers are used in conjunction with air pressurized guns. The high air volume aerosolizes the coating, which is then released at a lower pressure for application, helping reduce overspray and minimize air pollution.

GRAVITY

Gravity spray guns utilize small amounts of coating at a time, and can be used with various types of spray guns. These simply require the coating to flow on its own into the gun. It provides a finer finish, better control, and is perfect for smaller projects or touch-ups.

PRESSURE POT

Pressure pots utilize compressed air to force coating to the spray gun. Unlike other sprayers, pressure pots can allow for agitation, heating of coatings, and more. They are also more conservative with how much volume of coating is used, potentially saving material costs. These are used with various spray guns.

LIGHT AIRBRUSHING

For a lighter layer of paint, or to add a unique look, light airbrushing can be used. Colors can be built up to achieve the ideal look or finish.

BRUSH & ROLL

The classic application of a brush or roller is easily applied to many available coating options. It can help apply coating to small areas, get into crevices, and make precise edges, or allow for a more hands-on, controlled approach to the coating application.
